The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout match which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to build hype for next month's bout.
Ex two time world title holder Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I will damage his features and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I will genuinely try to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
Despite such comments, a composed Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally recognized for his showmanship - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather attacked former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after Ngannou rejected a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, criticized British opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua said.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of declaring he will punish Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Paul's History
Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since turning professional.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the novice is still one of the sport's largest financial successes, regularly earning substantial paydays.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a KO victory in rounds four or five and asserted he would prevent the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly in the works for 2026.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul participated in the traditional confrontation, with their physical disparity on show, it drove home just how surprising this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the match is actually happening.
